This Isn’t You, You Didn’t Choose This. Living With Chronic/ Long Illness

Living with a chronic illness means your condition can’t be cured, only managed with medication and treatments. This adds extra challenges to your life, affecting your relationships, work, and mental health. It can feel incredibly lonely, and the stigma can hurt your self-esteem. When you struggle with low confidence and isolation, it’s easy to become worried and stressed, which can lead to painful “flares” and tough times with your health. Constant care is needed, whether through infusions, therapies, or other treatments, and this can increase the risk of depression and anxiety.
Therapy, meditation, and support groups have been shown to help people feel less alone and manage their condition better.
We can help you … We offer a compassionate space where people with chronic illnesses feel understood, supported, and encouraged in their journey.
