Aniela Libicz

Program Manager for NeuroNest, Honours Bachelor of Behavioural Psychology (HBBP), MPEd in ABA(Master of Professional Education with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis, in progress)

Neurodivergent kids often face sensory challenges that can feel overwhelming. Bright lights, loud sounds, or even the feeling that their own body is “out of sync” can leave them exhausted, discouraged, and on constant high alert.

I gently support children by teaching them simple, practical ways to regulate their bodies and emotions. Through playful strategies and a nurturing approach, I help them feel safe, calm, and more in control of their experiences.

With these tools, children begin to feel more comfortable in their own skin and more confident connecting with others, allowing them to build stronger relationships and enjoy social experiences with greater ease.

Aniela is a behavioural therapist and a Seneca Polytechnic graduate with a Bachelor’s in Behavioural Psychology and a Diploma in Behavioural Sciences. She is currently pursuing her Master of Professional Education with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis. Over the past three years, Aniela has worked at IBI Behavioural Services, supporting autistic children across clinic, home, community, and virtual settings. She has also volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters, where she provided mentorship and a nurturing environment to elementary-aged students.
