Are you and your partner feeling distant, overwhelmed by constant misunderstandings, or struggling to rebuild trust after infidelity? The connection and intimacy you once had may feel like a distant memory, leaving both of you frustrated and unsure about your future together.
Couples often seek couples therapy to address more than just crises. Life transitions like parenting, marriage, grief and loss, shifting spiritual beliefs, changes in relationship values, and challenges with sex and intimacy can make it hard to navigate your relationship with clarity and compassion. These challenges can feel isolating, but you don’t have to face them alone.
I’m here to help. I believe in the power of couples counselling to bring couples closer, improve communication, and restore love and connection. With compassion and non-judgment, I create a safe space where both partners feel heard, respected, and understood.
My commitment to helping couples thrive extends beyond our sessions. As a lifelong learner, I am dedicated to continuously improving my skills and staying up-to-date with the latest therapeutic methods. I have completed Level 1 training in IMAGO therapy, which helps couples deepen their understanding and connection. I also utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),and Gottman Certificate, giving you a range of tools that are tailored to meet your unique needs. By investing in my own education, I’m able to provide you with the most effective, research-based approaches to help you and your partner rebuild trust, improve communication, and foster deeper intimacy. Whether you’re dealing with infidelity, divorce, separation, or simply seeking to strengthen your relationship, my goal is to equip you with practical, and lasting solutions.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist, and I hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology as well as a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University. My ongoing dedication to learning ensures that you receive the highest quality care.
