Therapeutic Parenting Plan Support
Start with a no-pressure meeting with our Family Support Specialist.

Each parent is welcome to book an individual 10-minute consultation, or parents may book jointly for 20 minutes to explore if we are a good fit.
Once you’re ready to move forward, each parent meets separately for a 1-hour intake.

Our child-inclusive process offers a developmentally appropriate, non-intrusive way to bring your child’s perspective into the parenting plan without adding stress or pressure.
We don’t just ask children what they want—we help them express what they need.

Service Fees Explained
Co-Parenting Counselling
- $200/hr
- No retainer required
- Billed session-by-session
- May be covered under Social Work services
- Direct billing may be available
Therapeutic Parenting Plan
- $250/hr with our Family Support Specialist
- $3,000 retainer (covers 6 joint sessions + behind the scenes administrative support)
- Some Insurance companies may cover Registered Social Worker (MSW)
Child-Inclusive Process
- $250/hr with Child Therapist Specialist
- Includes Child Therapist Specialist and Family Support Specialist coordination prior to Parenting Plan sessions beginning
- May be covered by insurance if the plan includes RSW
- Invoices provided for insurance submission with direct billing available for eligible insurance plans

Q. Do I need to come with my co-parent?
No. Each parent starts with their own intake. Some families proceed collaboratively; others benefit from parallel parenting strategies.
Q. Will this help if my child is autistic or has ADHD/FASD?
Yes. We specialize in neurodivergence and tailor the plan to fit your child’s needs, routines, and emotional regulation tools.
Q. Can this replace a legal separation agreement?
While our parenting plans are structured and detailed, they are not legal documents. However, many families use them to inform legal agreements or mediation.
Q. What if my insurance doesn't cover it?
Contact your insurance provider for RSW or RP benefits details. We offer direct billing where applicable, ask for our list of supported direct-billing providers.
